Gots to pay the bills
We’re ushering in a new era of FPQT. The one in which we go self-hosted and possibly have ads. What will this look like? Well, we don’t know yet. We’re taking our time to figure it out. Whatever we do, we want to make sure it fits with the blog. You won’t notice any changes for some time.
For the time being, we have a measly affiliate program. The thing is, we really do use Hootsuite. We’re big fans. With two of us on the same twitter account, it’s been a bit of a necessity. Especially during award show season. L-A even uses it on her iPhone. So if you are in the market for a web based twitter client, we would tell you to use Hootsuite, even if it wasn’t an affiliate thing (for reals).

Fashionable People, Questionable Things 
Ads are a necessary evil online. If you’ve grown to a point where local businesses would like to tap into your audience it’s a testiment to your efforts. The key thing to remember when taking the plunge is to keep your eye on the prize. The ladies that read & contribute to this blog are the MOST IMPORTANT. So, when doing deals with advertisers, just make sure the ads featured here give your ladies exclusive deals–so good they’re not for everyone.
